I would like to raise a complaint on the quality of service by IFB Appliances at their IFB Point, Belapur. We visited the store on Saturday and liked a model of their washing machine. However, the model on display was a 10 kg variant and a lower variant of the model was not on display which is understandable. However, what is not understandable is the lack of clarity and communication between personnel. On Sunday, when we went to confirm the order, we got to learn that the model being "sold" was never in stock. After much deliberation, we finalised another model and booked it with assurance that piece would be delivered today (Monday). Today I received a call from the store stating that the Stock sheet they had was outdated and they have to arrange for the machine from their plant in Goa. How can there be such a lack of training and communication between personnel.
