I purchased ifb washing machine on 6th novemeber and demo-installation request was raised for 7th nov. I have not received any call from ifb and when i called customer care, they said my door was locked, i re-initiated the request multiple times on 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th nov and i have called ifb multiple times but still no response. None of the contact numbers of service center or branch are working. They are not picking calls. My pincode is 201009. Please tell me who is going to install the product. This is not the kind of service i expected from ifb. Its a pathetic service provider. I think i may have made a mistake opting for ifb washing machine instead of so many other brands. Please help me with this. Its already a lot of pain for me.

My ticket ID is [protected].It has been long since the product is delivered yet not installed due to poor service on the part of your persons and the lack of control and coordination in the team .The consumers are given importance but here in my case we are completely ignored.
