[Resolved] IFB Industries — dent on the product | |||||
I bought new ifb microwave from store on 18:01/2019 product got delivered in 19/01/2019. When i checked the product it had a small dent, not at all happy about it. When i call your customer care they made me run around. I had clearly mentioned to your customer care team that i have office on monday so ask the technician to come before 11:30am now when i called the technician he said he will come after 1:00 how rubbish is that, while take money you people are so fast and now giving me lot of trouble for the product which i bought, regretting why i got ifb product. You people are not even bothered about customers time, i dnt have whole time on earth for your technician to come. Not at all happy How would you feel when you get new product that too with a dent.
