On 14/08/2015 a complaint was lodged with the toll free number of the ifb company. they gave me a complaint number and customer ID number as Complaint number[protected] & Customer ID 410764 respectively. since there was no response, I called again in the same number. To my surprise, now they say that the customer ID is incorrect. However, they did not deny the registration of the complaint. However even after repeated requests, they refuse to divulge the correct ID Number, if at all the number provided by me is incorrect. Instead of informing me of the progress of the process of my complaint, they simply give me a phone number of a service personnel. he also cannot say when he could come to solve the issue. I realise that It was a big mistake on my part to purchase an IFB product. Was this information helpful? |
