Hi Team, sorry to say this, but I have received damaged products for the second time. Bajaj electronic team said that the 2nd product replacement has been initiated before 10days ago but till now we didn't get a replacement. Why there is a delay in replacing the product from IFB?
Bajaj Electronic employee is not at all responding to me. because of this issue, I have personally taken the time and visited the store and requested them for a replacement but still there is no further action is done, at least they didn't even make a phone call. A very Very irresponsible employee from the most popular Bajaj electronic store.
And also the IFB company is delaying the replacement of the product, if that is the case then why would you deliver a damaged product and why would customers prefer IFB products? This is very disgraceful and I am not at all happy with the IFB product as I have received damaged products two times.
The delivery boy is not at all unloading the products safely. I watched it live. what kind of safety measures are taken by IFB company for delivering the costly products? instead, IFB would have taken the amount once the product is delivered safely. Was this information helpful? |
