[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Dishwasher complaint

I purchased a dishwashter of your company from ayush electronic, muzaffarnagar vide bill no 324 dt 10.02.2019 and also extend the warranty upto 15.03.2023. Now i am faching problem (not cleaning neatly) from 2-3 months and i also register complaint on toll free number. After visiting problem still not resolve. Now recently i have again lodged on 14.08.2021 and request for sr. Technician vide ticket no [protected] and remind on 19.08.2021 but call was not attending any technician. Today i have received a message that if tkt [protected] is resolved. Please share your feedback. I am very much surprised that without attanding the call / not visit any technician call automatic closed at your end. I am not satisfied this type of behaviour of your company.
