Please see our records of complaint below that since we have been complaining that since 3rd January 2015 we have been complaining for rectification of the machine for no fault of ours. Your person while servicing kept one hole open due to which rat went inside and spoiled the wiring assembly. Since then we have been booking complaints but different people come and go but the machine is not rectified till date. After spending Rs.25, 000/- we are left with only harrassement but no utility. Please see the level of service your service engineers are providing.
3.1.[protected]again booked complaint by mail:[protected] cable cut by rat not replaced since 6.9 as stock not available[protected]
4.2.15 [protected] without attending replacement of cable, the complaint cancelled with a remark
12.3.15 [protected] not rectified till date and complaint cancelled by service person
3.9.15 Complaint No.11707449 – 3.9. dish washer not working – cable issue
11.11.15 [protected] cable not rectified till date. Complaint booked since January.
Last ticket No.[protected] (wiring assy pending and work not completed)
New complaint booked again on 9.2.16 vide T.No.[protected] for changing wire assy. and rectify function.
It is shame for a company of international reputation to have this sort of irresponsible attitude where no one is available to look into the issue of the customers. It is not once or twice but since more than a year you could not sort it out.
If immediate solution is not provided to this issue, we will be forced to take it to higher officials.
