[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Dishwasher - F5 Error

Very pathetic service for dishwasher in Mangalore area Age of dishwasher - ~3 years - already through many Fx error codes. Current Problem - F5 Error - something to do with water pressure - Water inlets were double checked to ensure, supply pressure was not a problem - Compliant registered on 10/Sept - After lots for followup couple of incompetent technicians turned up twice - finally repair done on 30/9 replacing a few parts for a total sum of 3500/= - Very first cycle with dishes, F5 error back again :-(. - Next round of followup has started since then, and not successful in getting them to come over to our door step again :-( I want to know from IFB folks - why are they not serious of sorting out customer problems deligently? - Why are the field technicians so sloppy? why can't they commit to fix problems in time bound manner. - Why doesn't the problem get sorted out after replacing with new parts (not repaired by the way)? - what a pathetic state of training your work force on diagnosis? No wonder most of them are incompetent. Is IFB really listening??? I can assure you, you can fool one customer only once, but not twice, if you are happy making money that way, God help each of those customers when it stops working. By the way, I have had experience with other white goods from Samsungs/LGs/Bosch/Whirlpool - you should learn what customer service means. first of all the products have never failed in about 10 years. After prompt repair, they were back to life for another 2-3 years before they needed to be retired !

Thank you very much for promptly following up and helping resolving this issue.
Also appreciate the fact that money for parts charged were returned promptly as there was no need to change those parts.

It took nearly 1.5 months to get this problem fixed with escalations and multiple tickets. The issue was as simple cleaning the controller board. A bit of diligence by your technicians can help improve customer experience.

I would appreciate if IFB customer care can improve the process and training to field technicians to delight your customers with prompt service and not getting issues resolved by escalation thru' public forum like this.

Dishwasher is something that is used daily twice in most of the houses. If your process and field engineers can't resolve the issues in a few days, just imagine the amount of distrust customers will have on IFB products.

I am also facing same issue with IFB neptune VX. Alsready, paid 3600 and now it started showing error F3.

Please note that I shifted the Dishwasher from Ground floor to First floor. After shifting all the connections were intact and we switched on for using the machine to wash the plates and utensils. After few minutes, I got an error with message F5 and all the lights were blinking. The problem mentioned in the user manual is to check the water supply and I checked for the same but everything looked Ok.

Later on, when I googled in the internet, I found a simple issue which we missed after shifting to a new place.

Solution is the outlet pipe should be hanged to 1 feet above and then come to ground. The reason given is if water goes all out, IFB dishwasher is not designed to handle it.
Some water should stay in dishwasher and for that IFB mandates to hang the outlet pipe 1 feet above the ground

Check whether the outlet is connect as displayed. That is the outlet tube should not flow down, rather it should go up by a feet and then flow down to drain the water.

I bought the IFB Neptune VX Plus (15 Place settings) on 5th Nov 2020 and got it installed on the 9th Nov 2020. From then on at least 8 times the F5 error flashes almost at the end of the wash program. I had already registered 3 complaints with customer care of IFB and one visit of the technician happened. However, that day the machine worked well and he happily left. After that the same error sign appears, always towards the end of the program on many days. Some days it works normally...
