Technician visited after 1 week. He told that he'll be back with spare parts. When that did not happen in 2 weeks, I checked with the customer care to find that the ticket is resolved and closed.
Filed another ticket [protected] on 19 Jan 2016. Technicians visited on 26 Jan, changed fuse, sold voltage cutout (1350/- more gone), left and closed the ticket. When I used it that night, new error message F7: overheating error.
Then after numerous phone calls, two guys visited and changed some other parts. But when I used it, I got the same error - F7. They never have time to check whether the problem is fixed as they are very busy serving customers, the service center manager explained. Though I don't understand with this quality, what do they mean by service.
Now I have another ticket no. [protected], filed on 29th Jan. No one visited since then.
On many occasions the service center guys committed to come but didn't show up ultimately. These made me either not to go to office or return early.
I don't understand how can this company be a reputed one if they don't bother to repair a faulty product even in the warranty period. They don't have any means of service request escalation, which also is very inconvenient. Was this information helpful? |
Technicians came to my place on 17th Feb to take the dishwasher and promised that they will bring it back within 3 days after repairing. As per promise, I should have got back the dishwasher by 20th Feb. Please note that there was not any holiday/weekend from 17th to 20th Feb. But that did not happen.
Instead of receiving the dishwasher, I got an SMS from IFBCRM on 23th Feb that my complaint no. [protected] has been resolved. So I reverted back by stating that it is not resolved. Then I received a call from IFB customer care and they assured that my machine would be delivered the very next day.
The guy who took the machine, called me back the next day and we agreed that he will deliver the dishwasher on 24th Feb at 5 PM. So I came back from office early. Before leaving office, I confirmed with the technician at 3:30 PM that they are going to deliver the machine as committed. I reached home before 5 PM and was waiting. Then the technician called me to inform that they cannot deliver the machine on that day because they got some urgent call. Somehow these guys decided that delivering my machine is not less urgent and the fact that they are unnecessarily making me leave office early on multiple occasions is of no consequence.
However, he promised that the machine will be delivered on 27th Feb at 10 in the morning. There is no sign of them yet. When I call his cell, that is switched off. So, I am sure that I am not getting the delivery today.
So, IFB Team, is this really the best service that you have to offer to customers? I am asking this because you assured me of the best service from your side.
