[Resolved] IFB Industries — Dishwasher not working as expected

Hi Sir/Madam, I bought a dishwasher recently in dec-2020 and got installed around Jan-2021 that to after lots of follow up, now dishwasher is not working as expected as detergent not getting fully diluted and even after complete cycle there is detergent in detergent section and on utensils and I had complained about the same and further one of executive came and shared there is a salt setting issue there and he fixed it however out of curiosity the issue is same and he was struggling for setting reset I had complained about same couple of times and no response yet .. please help me on this My complain/ticket number for the same is - [protected] Please help me +2 photos Was this information helpful?
