I am submitting a complaint against your customer service centre and the franchisee grs solutions at pai layout.
I have an amc for my dishwasher that i had taken just 2 months ago. On the 15th of december 2018, customer service centre had raised a service request id.
I followed up again on the 18th because there was no response to my request they then said i had to follow up with the service agency / franchisee myself. I took the request id from the centre and started chasing with the agency grs solutions at pai layout, bangalore. It is first of all very difficult to get thru their number. After umpteen attempts i get to speak to a person who simply disconnected the call without hearing me out. The next time i reach out to them they promptly tell me that the request id is under service request cancellation track. And they disconnected the phone without resolution.
Again after several attempts on the 22nd they tell me they will send a service engineer on the 24th of december. This is 25th today and there is no response or call from them.
This after sale services of ifb is the worst ever. If ever i have to buy any product, i have decided never to buy from ifb precisely for this reason. Was this information helpful? |
