IFB Industries — dispute on charged amount for drum replacement ticket no. [protected]

I am writing to report a billing discrepancy related to a recent drum replacement for my IFB washing machine. The customer care team informed me that the drum costs approximately ₹3000, but I was charged ₹7500 by the service technician.

I had shared all relevant details, including the date of purchase, product invoice, and the service invoice with your support team at [protected]@ifbglobal.com. However, I have not received any response or clarification so far.

I am unable to understand the reason for this significant difference. I request a clear breakdown of the charges applied, including the part cost and service fee, and clarification on why there is a mismatch between the amount informed by customer care and the amount collected.

I have reattached the invoice here for reference and kindly request that this matter be looked into on priority.
