My original complaint in the last week of october 2015 and subsequent complaint in the 1st week of january 2016 remain unresolved - i am shocked and surprised how come a world renowned consumer appliances company like ifb can keep a ticket open for more than 5 months for a small problem like door replacement.
It is pain talking to thier customer care executives who always keep us asking case history from only from us as if they are totally uninformed - they just asign tickets to the nearby service centers.
The service center assigned for me- kailash entrrprises, valasaravakkam, chennai who does not care resolving my problem. Thier service engineer who visited only once(3rd week of february) have not even touched the machine but assured coming back next day with door - i am still waiting for him with door! When contacted again ms. Raji of kailash enterprises assured me the door would be next monday that did not happen. When contacted again she assured me her manager who is busy that time will contact me in 10 minutes time - i am still waiting for that busiest manager to contact a customer who is suffering with thier product for more than 5 months!!
I have all the audio recordings of my interactions with ifb and i can produce them to prove the irresponsive attitude of ifb customer care. I am raising this complaint at this forum in anticipation that some one in ifb will take an appropriate step in making thier product usable to thier customer who purchased this with lot of trust and reliability.
