[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Elena dx washing machine under amc

I have Ifb elina dx washing machine & it's under AMC with Ifb. I raised complent in service center on 13/04/2017 they give me complent no [protected] .but till date there is no response from service center I called them 8 to 10 time Only
technician came home check machine & told us that motor want to replace we order it from company it will be come within 1 to 2 days but still no response
