Hi,

I have ifb, elena front load washing machine, my on/off, heater switch is not working. Technician from ifb who visited last time made it direct and told me he will replace it soon but not done yet.

Also my front door lock is not working even after multiple complaints. This problem is also a long pending one.

When i am registering a complaint technicians are vising my place and closing the complaint without fixing the same.

So schedule a technician visit and get it fixed.

As discussed the offer that you have given for exchange I am not inconvenienced, as I mentioned during last servicing costs me 9k. 3k exchange price is very less, so please provide me support to get the issue fixed.
