[Resolved] IFB Industries — error lu showing in my washing machine

I purchased ifb top loading fully-automatic washing machine model no. Aw 60-205s on 13/3/2015,.

To my surprise the above error lu has started coming just after 4 months of warranty expiry of my machine, which was working perfectly..

The guy from company told that the error may be due to defect in pcb and the cost of replacement shall be rs. 6000/-, which is very unrealistic. The guy from the company was amazed to see the immaculate condition of the machine as the machine has been used very carefully. So soon the defect appeared after expiry of warranty god knows about the future.

Updated by MASARRAT ALI QAZI You may ask your branch o replace the PCB at no extra cost to me now. If the machine works fine after replacement of PCB I will get the AMC done for the machine warranty of which has expired on 13/3/2017 as the machine was purchased on 13/03/2015.
