[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Failure to service washing machine under amc

I am having an ifb washing machine which i have covered under annualmaintenance contract (amc). The machine is not working due to water inlet problem complaint lodged with the service centre(phone no[protected] on 25 03 2016 and the ticket no of the complaint is [protected]. Inspite of several calls thereafter, no technician has turned up till today (03/04/2016) every time we have problem with the machine, the company does not bother to service the machine within reasonable time. Sent email on 01 04 2016 to the company highlighting the breach of contract of amc demanding payment for a new machine to be purchased and comensation for mental agony since the company is unable to rpovide proper and reasonable service.
