[Resolved] IFB Industries — Forced sale of accessory | |||
During installation of an IFB washing machine we were forced to buy a filter as accessory which costed around Rs. 3800/-. The information about the same was not mentioned or brought down to our knowledge in any means at the time of purchase. The elder people in the home were not able to understand the technical details detailed by the representative. If the same accessory is mandatory for the smooth functioning of the machine, why it was not sold during the time of purchase. I request everyone to enquire in detail about the demo procedures and costs incurred while purchasing any appliances. Was this information helpful? | |||
