Issue started with washing machine displaying FrHi, raised a ticket ([protected]), and the service person came promptly with in 2 hrs. Surprisingly he came up with some products in hand, never guessed his intentions. With out checking anything, he directly told that there are voltage fluctuations and asked me to buy stabilizer that he bought. He tactically forced me by saying that, it is mandatory for having a stabilizer and it will fix the issue definitely. I didn’t want to buy from him because the price is higher then online. When I said I will buy it online instead, he proceeded to close the ticket, he did not even prove anything that this is the issue.
As to avoid shipping delays and rising a complaint again if issue not solved, I opted to buy it from him. He then tested it by placing stabilizer and the issue was same. He tested the voltage with a meter now, its all normal even in direct plug. Then he started to remove the cover and clean the inside wiring maybe he did some reset also. But nothing solved at this point. Then he said, it is all good now as he did reset, and asked me to switch it on after 1 hr. He again started the ticket closing formalities. I said that I will give review only after issue solved but he made some drama that there will be payment delays from his company. Lastly, I had to give the rating in his presence only then he left.
After 2 hrs, issue persists, called the same person, he told he will come next day for mother board replacement but never returned. Moreover, doesn’t lift the call, I escalated the ticket by calling help desk but even that did not solve. Made multiple calls with helpdesk the only answer is “the service provider is not lifting the call and you can try from your side also ”. They gave me the local office number (Gurumurthy ranga – [protected]) but no use, they never answer. So now, call centre also not helping anymore.
Now its 4 days, spent 5100 (stabilizer and filter, even this is leaking) without any solution. Please look into this at priority and importantly, why did I got hooked up with stabilizer, if a stabilizer is mandatory why its not mentioned while buying the product, if not mandatory then why is the service guy forcing for it and refuse to give service. Please take away your products.
