I purchased new front door 6 KG washing machine on 2014 from Salem IFB point.
We spent Rs 4355 as service charges to Ms. Sairam Engineering Salem on 19/08/2022, the same day he took AMC for two years, the cost is around Rs 5546/-.
Again, the machine has problems on 07/03/2023, the same day we spent Rs 7901/-
Again, the machine has problem on 22/04/2023, the same day we spent Rs 380/-
Again, the machine has problem on 19/09/2023, the same day we spent Rs 2120/-
Totally we have spent Rs.25, 848 (including AMC charges). Almost the cost of a new machine. But again, the machine is not working properly for the last two days.
Now AMC vendor ordered spares without intimating us. He always sends persons who are not much knowledgeable. These people contact others and asks them how to solve the problem.
The vendor Sairam Engineer says to call the service engineer if we call them. The service engineer says to call the company.
Problem is not solved yet.
I think IFB concentrates only on selling their products and doesn't care about servicing.
I need IFB to answer the answer I spent on this machine this year (Around 25000 and yet to spend).
I have attached some images of our machine. Some kind of gum like substance is leaking from our machine. This is the sample of IFB servicing.
