[Resolved] IFB Industries — front load washing machine tripping rccb for entire house | |||
Dear team, My 2 months (Yes just two months old) old front load washing machine is malfunctioning and tripping my rccb for entire house. This happens after 50-60 min of operation for single load. I did raised complain with ifb and engineer came to my house and gave silly reason to close the ticket. He said its rainy climate hence this is happening. When i gave logical reason regarding rains in bangalore he said he will come with senior technician next day. Why so hurry in closing ticket without giving customer a solution. Can ifb provide me solution. Engineers who are visiting are not ifb guys and are contractors and are not supportive. 1St They gave root cause as Monsoon.
2nd They said High Voltage is the issue.
3rd They said Hard water is causing this issue.
Now Machine is tripping my power in 5 min of operation and it does not looks to be any of the above issues.
Your technicians are just giving wrong information to you, IFB needs to open their support to customer and do deep dive in the issue. This issue is happening to Very new washing machine and this infer IFB selling sub standard products online. Can IFB send some sensible technician to resolve the problem.
