I have purchased ifb top load washing machine in mar 2016. They gave 2 years warranty period ie up to mar 2018.in the above period, nobody called from ifb for free servicing. My self two times tried to contact customer care, i could not get the call. Then meantime my busy work schedule i forgot to call them again. Recently i have booked complaint (Ie after the warranty period) for general servicing of the machine. I requested ifb since you have not done the free servicing of my washing machine for the past two years, this service should be done on free of cost. But they didn't agree. Further, they have sent the service personnel for servicing. They came and took only 15 minutes and charged 840 rupees without replacing any parts (2 nos drum washing powder only used). I argued with the service personnel just spending 15 minutes and getting rs 840 is like a cheating. He didn't agree and replied that they cant do anything on that. Further, i have communicated to customer care also, they also replied that the same manner and replied that in warranty period you have not contacted ie is your mistake like that they replied. I fed up with ifb. Even many times this complaint raised but they replied that it is resolved. Here also people are not posting correct information. This problem still not resolved. Hence ifb has to refund rs 840 immediately.

    I was having some problem with my washing machine and when i was washing my clothes, i found some "black iron particles" in my clothes which might be due to cleanness of the machine. So i registered a complaint by calling the customer care number. The next day service boy came and he just cleaned the inside body of the machine by a dry cloth and he repeatedly insisted to change the filter guard for the water and he changed it and charged inr 155/- extra for the same. For cleaning the machine inr 590/- was charged.

    I have few problems here.

    1. Do you charge inr 590/- for this kind of worst service provided to your customers? To clean the inside body by a dry cloth - i can do it by myself we don't need a service guy for this and i demand a refund for this. Because i am not at all happy with the service provided.

    2. Representatives seating across your customer care number don't even understand the actual problem and they just blindly logged a complaint for a general service. What does general service means for you? We even asked the guy to clean it with the liquid solution they carry, but he insisted that is not included in this service and that is extra cost.

    3. Rather than concentrating on the actual problem, service guy insisted us to change the filter guard and he charged inr 155/- extra. But when i receive a sms from customer care, it is mentioned that "no spares were replaced". How is it possible?

      I have purchased ifb washing machine just 2 yr back. Drum of machine is not spinning. So i contacted the ifb point shop. Since 10 days we are waiting for getting the machine repaired. Now the person from ifb sangli is not accepting any phone calls. This is creating very much inconvenience to us. I request you to look into the matter and kindly provide the prpoer services.

        We had asked for a check of our appliance on 13-09-18 and the people from ifb came and examined the product. They said that some pv needs to be changed. Nobody turned up again and neither was any there any response over anything. On further enquiry they gave lame excuses and started looping us with random contacts that we needed to get in touch with.

          taco error

          We have ifb senorita aqua 6.5 kg it is showing taco error from 2days technician says bearing and bracket needs to be replaced and says it doesn't comes under 10 years spare support and is costing around 7.5k, can you please help it with company support. We recently got pcb changed which costed around 7.5 k even then they said it will not come under 10 years spare support, what will come under 10years spare support if nothing comes under it...

          We had bought ifb front load washing machine senorita sx from athithan furniture & electronics in redhills during august month 2013. Firstly, we have a services for ifb in aces home appliances later after demerge. We has a service for ifb washing machine in global solution service centre located at tiruvallur. Since we registered amc for the duration 30/08/2017 - 29/08/2019. Now, we found there is no services from global solution service centre end. We are facing problem with non functioning machine since 26/09/2018. Though we made several complaints. No one turned up to look after the issues. Whenever we made a complaints. As usual, only cordial responses will receive from customer executives. Then after the technician from global solution service centre visit to our pin code address will have the same response by "oral in direct". I have ever visited such worst services. Kindly process with action. Note: ifb always has a trusted brand but these kind of service center like global solutions service center are spoiling the company brand.

              My washing machine is down for more than 1 month. I have lodged the complaint through customer care. Technician visited after lot of follow-up and stated that the pcb needs to be replaced. I took little time because the rates offered were very high. As no other option was available, i was forced to ask ifb nasik service centre. Almost 10 days got over and till date no confirmation on receipt of pcb. Upon checking with the service centre (10+ calls made) always they say that the company is not providing the parts on time and they do not have any control on it.

              If the customers are being treated this way.. I do not know, whether we should continue to use this machine or scrap it. Also they have a firm stand to buy the spares from them with added service charges of rs. 600 plus the spare part charges, even if the spare cost is rs. 200. Do not understand their logic and also do not understand if such policy exists then why they cannot equip their authorised service centre with all spare parts?

                I had raised a complaint with ifb customer care about the washing machine not working. The ticket number is [protected]. The service agent attended the call and upon checking the machine, he said the pcb board has to be replaced. The product is under warranty. He said the spare is not available at the moment and will have to be ordered and it may take 2 days at least. It has been almost a week and still i have not got it resolved. He is saying it will take 3 more days to come. Its been huge inconvenience for us. Please take this upon priority and resolve the matter. Its unimaginable that a part is not available for more than a week now. Really disappointed with the service so far. Hope it will be resolved soon.

                  front load washing machine tripping rccb for entire house

                  On the date of 11 august 2018, My IFB AC got an issue of cooling, it is not providing cooling at any mode, I decided to call customer care. After that repair is made by the IFB’s Technicians, they were saying that “your AC needs R410A gas for cooling”. I paid the charges 2600 Rs for gas and asked technician if there Is any other problem in the AC other than gas, he said “no”, but he took for cleaning and painting cooling coil, he took my whole split AC unit to the shop. And next day, he installed that unit back to my room. AC was producing good cooling. I asked about warranty and leakage of the gas. Then he said, if leakage of gas occurred anymore then we are here for that. After 4-5 days, I noticed that the AC isn’t producing good cooling properly. so, I decided to turn it on for a night to test cooling. But it was not giving cooling as earlier. I assumed that this might not be due the leak gas. maybe it’s due to improper voltage. thus, after 15 days I turned on the AC. But now I can’t feel any cooling, only fan was running. And when I called IFB technicians personally (as they said earlier) to check whether what’s the issue is. Now they said cooling coil is faulty. And it will cost around 9500 to me. This was the first time of gas refill in my AC and at the first time they wrongly refilled gas which cause the cooling coil damage My AC is in good condition I didn’t think that the problem of cooling coil occurred after 15 days of the gas refill, and it is happened only after refill of gas. it is quite clear that the compartment of split AC which is taken for the repair by the technicians is not properly handled or repaired because the problem of cooling coil occurred after refilling of gas. If there is problem of cooling coil then why it is not mentioned by the technician in first time.
                  Every time they came and charge with different replacement of AC part. please just tell me whole sum amount in once time that I have to pay for running my AC in cooling Mode. They took whole split AC from my home nobody was there expect my mother she didn’t know about what is the main cause. They call me for take away split AC then I assure my self they can handle or repair it in good manner, when they detached the copper tube then actually the gas is there but they said remaining gas is there it is leaked about 4 to 5 minutes with pressure making whistle sound so at last I feel actually the problem was not the gas it is because of other problem AC is not giving cooling and they filled gas wrongly and cause the cooling coil to damage or this could be from the not filling the clean gas
                  I call several times to lodge complain in service center but toll-free number is not responding or connected for help that time.

                  who is responsible for damage which is caused by the technicians due to lack of knowledge and mishandling the product.and now the problem is arised then i have to pay for that .it is technician fault no one come to check AC after my problem.
                  all time IFB care talk about the repair cost.
                  when i ready to pay then why they are not giving warranty for that period such as AMC.

                  toll free number provided by the IFB care is not responding or unreachable all time.after sales services given by the company is so worst that care only listen after making complaint.
                  now it all depends on the customer care services provider whether they want to resolve my problem or not.i am ready to pay the repair charges which is only done by the technicians. it is not come by the use of AC for a period of 2 years . there is no any sewage thats cause the damage to cooling coil.
                  local technicians from agra first handles the product in improper way or repairs the AC for temporary basis that could run your AC about 10 to 15 days after that they charge for different part for replacement and said we are not charging for previous service we charge for your AC part replacement. we fill gas free of cost and charging nothing from you.
                  but please give me exact reply or good services for this damage which is done through improper handling or poor repair, who were responisble or who will survive or compensate for it.

I had called so many times at customer care and service centre but nobody is bothered to get it repaired. Part is pending with company and company says part has reached to service centre.

                          I am having the diva washing machine and i have entered into amc on 4.8.2018 vide receipt no.894 of m/s ifb authorized service centre, nellore (Rs.4500/-). My washing machine is have a problem with front door from august 2018. I have been giving complaints to customer care and i get a ticket number. But in 10 days time the ticket is getting cancelled. I have contacted the authorized service centre, they are saying that it is not updated in their system and they are unable execute the complaint. I have a very bad experience with the nellore service centre. Even after paying the money the services are not good. With lot of confidence and hope i have purchased this machine and i am suffering like this when ever i have the problem with the machine. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
                          I am a retired dy. Director of isro, sriharikota. If people like me are suffering like, i can not understand how other will suffer with this kind of service centres.

                            I bought a IFB Microwave oven in 10th March 2018. unfortunately it stop working in September 2018. I raised a service request and company provide me Ticker No [protected] on 5th Sept. 2018 and and the company sent the technician on 8th sept. The technician on inspection informed that the fuse and condenser is out of order and need to replace. After that till to day i have contacted customer care several time, every time they assured me and continue to provide new ticket no by cancelling old one, and sending me SMS ' Tkt *****, was requested for cancellation owing to?'
                            In the mean time i have also contact the service supervisor, IFB incharge kolkata- west bengal, and one more person, nowhere i got positive response.
                            The particular appliances is very essential to my kitchen, but the IFB persons send me in trouble with their service. I think Its a shame for a company like IFB to offer such a poor service to customers.
                            I am looking forward for the solution for the problem.

                              I always ask my friends to stay away from ifb. Poor service and cheater in india.
                              My washing machine is under amc and we paid 3800 inr for the same. Registered a complaint 40 days back and till now it was not fixed. I make this complaint on behalf of my brother.

                              The issue was not fixed yet. Just some 5 minutes back, Spoke with one of Customer Care Executive of IFB. His name is Rohit (Telengana, Hyderabad). The Technician came to my house ask RS 800. Please note, I paid the AMC Cost of Rs 3800. When, I ask the customer care representative (Rohit), He told that it is only service charge. Customer have to pay for PARTS. I am in Chennai and I know, about IFB's Cheating policy.

                              If it is only service charge, Then why I have to pay Rs. 3800

                              IFB Cheater always ask for AMC. After we pay AMC Money, They will play this drama. Please don't buy any appliance from IFB. It is 40 Days now, The machine was not fixed. I already paid the AMC Money of Rs. 3800 for a year and still they ask for money for parts which are faulty. Now, What is the meaning of AMC?

                              Technician #: [protected] came to my house and collect 600 INR and disappeared. Didn't attend the calls at all after that. The Coordinator Name is Priya, She is also a cheater. Please don't expect some service or fix from this Nivitha Enterprise. They are no. 1 Cheater Neyveli IFB

                              I took AMC and paid 2700 per year, but I couldn't raise request whenever I call it's saying executives are busy.. call after sometime.. I am a criminal layer.. going to raise legal case for this cheating

                                I had a complaint at toll-free number as machine was not working. On the next day, some other company person came and says they do attend the calls of ifb for those which are out of warranty period. His took 300rs as visiting charge (Which is too much) and tell me that a pcb board needs to be replaced which will cost around 3200rs. I wounding about the price and i can't understand why the board cannot be repaired. It is simply loots of customers money. My machine is serena 5.5kg.

                                May i know what is the actual cost of my pcb board and what is the cost of it?

                                Also why ifb doesn't have its own persons to care about customers complaint rather the third party?

                                  Problem in my washing machine motor not running due tor carbon brush faulty, i have registered complaint in ifb, complaint # [protected], after many days calling service technician had visited my home and committed to change out full motor instead of replacing carbon brush which costs hardly 100 irs, i requested to service technician provide carbon brush, he has told me ifb company not providing carbon brush, if any problem found in carbon brush they use to change out enter motor which will cost me 4250 irs. This is really big cheating by ifb for their customers now i am struggling to get fix my washing machine, like simple spare parts carbon brush
