I have purchased digital elite vx 7kg modal on 19 feb 2013. When machine was installed at my house, the water supply was not at proper height but your representative has claimed that it will work properly . But when your representative washed clothes for first time to test the machine it cuts one of our cloth.Then they changes the machine . But the problem persists. It keeps on cutting our clothes. But we ignored as we feel its just our assumption. As in starting it was cutting only some delicate clothes. But the problem keep on increasing. It starts cutting our other clothes also. During the visits of your representative we show them our cutted clothes also. But their response was not satisfactory. So time passes by as we were also busy in our routines. But now the problem become major. It torn our every second clothes. We have lost more than gains from this machine. So now please take some immediate steps. As we have learnt that ur company is good at after sale service . But we didnt find such. We have purchased this machine from garg electronics from patiala, punjab.Now we want please change our machine to mannual model . As it will work with the water height properly. Please do the necesssary steps. As we have allready suffered a lot.As your representative always suggest us to repair the machine . I dont have that much time to entertain all these problems again and again and suffer more losses. One more thing your representative was telling me on phone the that i have used the machine for 3 years and giving me idea about the cost of machine or what. But keep in mind my losses and suffering. I am frustated now.
