I purchase WM on 20th october 2021 and it is giving electric shocks. Multiple complaints have been logged but no solution. Twice techinician has visited and saying it is the earthing problem. No other appliance is giving trouble. Tried different appliances on the same socket.
I need a solution to this. I need the machine to be replaced. Its been more than a month now my complaint has not ben dealt with.
