I registered a complaint on IFB customer care Number ([protected]) at 04:26 PM vide ticket No.[protected] on 25.02.2016, regarding new T.T.Glass tray of my microwave and they have booked my complaint. On 01.03.2016 I received a call from Mobile No.[protected] (IFB Ravi Kumar) from M/s. Sheetal Refrigeration Services (service centre of IFB) asking for providing on cost of Rs.800/- of plate and Rs.220/- towards service charges.
I denied for payment of service charges and refused to take delivery of glass tray and accepted to collect it from service centre at the cost of Rs.800/-. Suddenly I received a call from mobile No.[protected] (IFB Shiva Reddy) for delivering the glass tray at free of cost and finally delivered the glass tray and issued Bill No.3230, dated: 01.03.2016 charging Rs.800/- towards cost of tray.
In evening at about 05:03 PM I received a call from customer care of IFB, Hyderabad from number ([protected]) about the service provided by service centre. I narrated the total story to her and asked the price of glass tray on which after verifying from the records and price list she informed me the price is Rs.600/- towards cost of glass tray and she further requested me wait as she is going to direct the service centre to refund back Rs.200/- which is charged excess.
On 05.March, 2016 again I received a message from IFB customer care stating that Complaint No.[protected] has been resolved. For which i replied mentioning as Not Satisfied for which I received a message and an Incidence E114358 has been generated. I submit that on 08.03.2016 at about 03:29 PM I received a call from IFB Customer care from mobile No.[protected] to her also I have narrated total incidence and then she requested me to wait and cut the call.
It can be assumed that when the total picture is cleared before the superior IFB Customer care authority that the IFB service centre played fraud with the customer by charging excess of Rs.200/- towards glass tray of microwave oven.
Hence I request the superior authority to take action against the IFB Customer Care i.e., (M/s. Sheetal Refrigeration Services) Hyderabad for the fraud played by the IFB Customer Care i.e., (M/s. Sheetal Refrigeration Services) Hyderabad with the customer.
Your immediate action will be appreciated.
