[Resolved] IFB Industries — Hassle of getting a part replaced

I have a washing machine admiral 7w and is under warranty till April 2016. I have been calling since December 2015 to get the drum rubber replaced because it has worn out. I have been told that the part is not available and I can buy a new machine with a 20% discount. This is the most stupidest answer I have got by the senior manager. I had declined the request. Then I was told its coming from Goa and still no answer. I called the 10th time and I was told seniors will get back however it has not happened till know.

I have tried calling customer care no. and told them that I spoke to the supervisor name Rana and he promised he will make sure that things are speeded up. However no reply.
