[Resolved] IFB Industries — Horrible and rude service | |||||
Sir/ madam, I have been a loyal customer of ifb for the past 20 years (Permanent customer number:[protected] and i'm currently on my third washing machine by the same company. I own a ifb senorita aqua sx (Purchased on 30 august 2014) and had lodged a complaint on the 17th of august, 2016 at around 10am (Complaint number[protected]. After having waited a period of 48 hours, i called up the service helpline again on 19th of august in the evening. I was assured that the service person would be at my doorstep the same night. But alas, it was not to be. I was forced to call for a third time on the 20th august, 2016 and was redirected to the service incharge, mr arun ([protected]). He was probably the most shrewd and indecent service person i have ever spoken to. I was surprised to find such uncourteous people being placed as service incharge. Such behavior speak volumes about the commitment of the company towards the service of their existing customers. Today, it has been 5 days since the complaint had been lodged, and for the first time in 20 years, i am regretting buying for an ifb product. I would request immediate action to be taken and correspondence within the next 24 hours or i would be forced to raise this issue in front of "national consumer disputes redressal commission" and also send a copy of this email along with relevant documents to all major redressal and review websites.
