IFB Industries — Huge amount for front seal rubber Rs 3450 in the name of warranty

My ticket number is [protected] raised on today ie feb 22 2025.. i have a ifb senorita 6.5kg washing machine and I have availed 1yr complete amc warranty on last April 2024. This is the first time i have raised a complaint since then.. my washing machine is not working now .drum is very hard to rotate so when the service person came he didn't check anything properly but said we need to change the drum and front seal rubber.. he said rubber doesn't comes under warranty and i need to paya hefty amount of 3450 rupees .how can someone who availed complete warranty can pay 3450 for a rubber seal.. This is completely unacceptable and when I checked the same on some shopping sites it cost only 1500 rupees . This is cheating a customer who trusted you and put a amc contract with you .
