[Resolved]  IFB Industries — i am complaining about a part of microwave called magnetron

There was a problem in my microwave. It was not heating food. A technician from ifb came and told us that the magnetron needs to be replaced and told the price rs 2600. When he took out the magnetron from our microwave, the magnetron was not the original one and was replaced around 11 months ago without our information when there was some problem in microwave last year. The technician replaced the magnetron and charged us rs 2092 which is the m. R. P. Along with rs 350 service charge. (Originally were told a much higher price). The magnetron which was replaced was having a date written on it of october 2016. So, it is still supposed to be under warranty and still we were charged for it. I request you to look into the matter at the earliest and get our money refunded.
