I have called ifb toll free number on 05 10 17 and registered a complaint that my washing machine. They said within 24 hrs it will solved. They have not turned so then again on 07 10 17 i have called toll free and spoke to supervisor he has given coordinator number of Hyderabad they never pickup phone or engaged.
I got annoyed and again I spoke to customer care on 09 10 17 They escalated to supervisor but no response. Lastly one technician or franchise called me on 11 10 17 namely Raju from chandanagar and enquired about the problem and said that I will attend the issue.but not turned up. So I called him and pleaded that we are joint family and now washing machine is necessity not luxury he has given one number then I called him and said the same agony after listening he has given one more number then I called that person he said I am coming since morning when ever I called him he will I am coming now, whole day went keeping other important works aside waiting for him this us today. At 2030 hrs he put his mobile in forward mode.

    Ifb service technician came and told that washing machine cable is having problem and need to change, after cable chable change problem is not resolved and now telling that pcb to be replaced and will cost 3200/-. Technician not checked the pcb and blindly telling to replace the same, complained in 21 aug 2017 and still problem not resolved. On every visit technician is suggested to any one like power cable, cable of entire machine and now pcb.

      My name is madhuri patidar. I had purchased ifb washing machine from www.flipkart.com on 22nd september 2017 and received it on 26th september.

      Please find below the product detail:

      Product name: ifb 6.5 kg fully automatic front load washing machine (Senorita aqua sx - 6.5 kg)
      Order id: od[protected]
      Order date: fri, sep 22nd '17 6:20 pm
      Total amount: ₹27, 299 through debit card
      Imei/serial no:[protected]

      The product has 4 years of comprehensive warrenty.

      (Please refer the attached invoice for more detail)

      Installation and demo was done by ifb person on 3rd octomber and we found that we got damaged product (Top was broken from left side). We raised replacement request to flipkart on the same day (3rd october). We made so many calls to flipkart and ifb to replace the damaged product. But initially they refused to replace. Later, ifb technician visited on 7th october he confimed that the product is damaged and we need replacement of it. He advised us not to use damaged machine. We didn't even use the machine for single time.

      We got the replacement of the washing machine on 9th october. The courier boy opened the product cover and we verified the product condition. We saw that we again got the damaged product (This time top was broken from right side). We raised replacement complaint on the same day (9th october).

      The ifb technician was supposed to come on 12th october. He called us and refused to come and check. He asked us to send the photo of the damaged product along with the invoice. We sent him photo and the required detail. But after that he didn't reply.

      After this we called many times to flipkart and ifb. The ifb service center person said we won't replace the machine as you opened the box before the technician came. (But they have nowhere written that i cannot open the product packaging before installation). It is my basic right to open the product and check whether it is damaged or not. The service center person talked rudely and everytime he cuts the phone whenever we talk to him.

      Flipkart is also delaying the replacement. Everytime we call the customer care and we get different answers. We are not getting any concrete answer. Flipkart said it is ready to replace machine only when ifb will provide acknowledgement to them. But they are not providing any acknowledge.

      I want a replacement of the damaged product or refund of my amount in case they don't replace the machine. I can't keep the damaged product.

      We filed complaint in government comsumer forum (Complaint no: 468182) and will take further action if required.

      Please help me and solve the issue asap. Thank you.

        Hi,
        I bought a new washing machine "ifb tl-rdw 6.5 kg aqua fully automatic
        Top loading washing machine" from flipakrt. Since last 1 year many of my clothes are torn. The customer service repaired the spinner after 8 months and even after that there is same problem.

        We have called customer care almost a hundred times. Tried to speak to area manager head and customer care managers head but seems like are helpless and they don't even care now...

              I have been following up since than with various people, and escalated to floor supervisor, either i received a response or any information wrt my complaint.

                Washing machine not working. Power and water supply is ok. Machine is showing power indicator red. Even the doors are properly closed. Cannot detect the problem. Day before we did spin only. Next day it shopped working. Might be power fluctuation problem or something else. Basically for past 3 weeks it not working though it shows power supply available.                   My Ifb front door washing machine door is not closing. When contacted service man, I was told door- lock failed and needs replacement which would cost ₹ 3800/-. I feel it is very costly and I would like know whether the cost is true.

                    My washing machine has completely stopped working since two weeks. After raising a ticket and repeated calls to their customer care executive always say they have escalated to the higher level but there is no use of it.. We are really frustrated with the after sales support we received from ifb. Our washing machine is still under warranty but it has become completely useless now. Their customer care tells us they will send the technician in 24 hours get it fixed. But till now no one attend my compliant. God only knows when. I’d definitely not recommend this product to anyone but instead i’d suggest to go for a washing machine from some other brand where the sales support is good as well.

                      Hi,

                      I am writing to you regarding my horrible experience with the service and repair of my front load 7 kg ifb washing machine.

                      Firstly, could you please let me know the price of the pcb. The technician told me that it will cost rs. 12500 - rs. 13000 to get the machine repaired by ifb.

                      I must point out that despite repeated requests for amc (Annual maintenance contract) for this machine, ifb did not provide me with one. I was informed that ifb does not provide amc for this machine. It seems that this is a bad product, thus ifb has distanced itself from this product as much as possible.

                      The pcb has given me problems since day one and was replaced/repaired twice by ifb while the machine was under warranty. Ifb knows that this is a problem product and should have been pulled from the market long time ago.

                      Why would anyone spend rs. 13000/- to repair this machine with a guarantee period of 3 months when one can get a new machine in rs. 35000/- with 5 year warranty/guarantee.

                      Please let me know the right and reasonable price to fix the pcb and wiring.

                          Hi,
                          This is regarding my ifb washing machine, my washing machine was not working, i raised the complain on ifb, the service engineer came and just put one meter below and told it's motor has gone. I asked how can you say that... Can you explain me. He told you call any technician they will tell you same.
                          He then told me to get amc for 2 years and will replace all parts in next 45 days. Otherwise pay 7k and will replace now.
                          I was surprised without any checks or any repair he just told like that, i was not having any option only to pay him 590 for visit as i cannot pay any more like for amc etc as was suspecting the guy that he is telling lie.
                          I know there could be chances of changing motor carbon and with that my motor would have worked, but these ifb service persons don't want to do that. I am really unhappy.. And planning to put a case on consumer forum.

                          After raising another complain, one more executive visited from ifb and he again told the same thing that motor has gone, please apply amc for 2 years and will replace all parts in next 45 days. I was surprised and thought since both is saying same thing i should go for amc. I have given the cheque to that guy and in same day i called one local servicing guy, who checked the motor and told me no issue on motor sir.

                          He told motor is fine, then he checked the board and he found issue on board which he corrected on very less amount and now my motor and washing machine is working fine since last 1 and 1/2 month it working fine.
                          Hence i have made stop payment for amc and asked ifb team to refund the service charge whihc i paid to first guy for doing nothing.
                          I am really upset and i need the compensation of what ifb people did with me:

                          First of all when ifb people don't know any thing to rectify why the hell they are called as technician. Why you people are cheating. You are only interested on amc please...
                          Please work for people too, don't just go behind money and stop cheating.

                          I am not going to tolerate this behavior, very first, i have paid 590 on first visits and your technician did nothing, i need the refund of the same, no one pay money for doing some crap job.
                          2nd as i face lot of trouble i need the compensation of the same from ifb this should be in any ways, i won't leave like that i will lodge a fraud case against this if your ifb people have not taken the appropriate action asap.

                          Guys whoever is reading this please be aware that the ifb people hardly bother to look into the issue, they just want you to take amc.

                          Only your Regret won't work, i would like understand if your technician don't know anything to do..why you are having those kind of people, Also for any issue why you people are trying to sell AMC and don't want to repair or even check properly anything.

                          This is what happened with me and for that your person charge 600 rs for visiting and doing nothing, i want you to replace the 600rs as well as for the trouble IFB people has give me, i need you to compensate on that..by how that you people have to decide...

                          And to note don't try to give me the gyan about your policies i know how you people are working...

                            Machine was bought a month ago. Dust filter isn't working properly. I have been using Samsung washing machine amd upgraded to ifb. Dust filter of Samsung works far better! I need a solution soon..

                              On august 03 2017, techinian anup nirmal from shree sai service dahisar west had visited and changed megatron for the owen. Its not only been two months and the owen stopped working. The afformentiioned ticket number was created recently. The same techinician (Anup nirmal) had come to visit again as of sept 11, 2017. He stated some other part has gone and provided the estimate of 2.5k. I found this suspcious and had my owen checked by some other techincian and guess what.. When we replaced a megatron it worked. This now makes sense as the megatron bought was under warranty. This is an intregrity issue. Isnt it?. How will ifb resolve this? I had pay extra and waste my time as well as his time to catch hold of a lie that your technician told your customer. Is this what the company value stand for?

                                We have purchased the IFB Washing machine through Sathya home appliances at madipakkam at the Exhibition conducted at Trade Centre, Chennai. The product has not been delivered. its almost a month. The dealer claims that IFB is not releasing the product to them. I've been billed for a product which was not there

                                  I have made a complaint on 2/10/2017 vide complaint number[protected] at the helpline number but till date no technician has visited my place to attend the call.

                                  May i request you to kindly provide me the e-mail id of the md of the company as i have spoken to the local authority and area incharge also but they are not behaving properly.

                                  Please arrange someone to attend the complaint at the earliest and provide me the maid id of the md.

                                    Complaint to your toll free number on 28/09/2017, electric wire burned, a representative from your service point vist ant tell replacement of wire needed and gone, after 3 days i call to that service center they replay "replace material not come" nearly 12 days replace material not yet received"," a branded company not having one wire kit"
                                    I am also having a amc cover, no one is visiting before 10 months for amc check up.

                                      The complaint with ticket number [protected] was logged on 7 october for error occurring continuously in the machine to which the customer care representative responded that technician will be sent within 24 hrs. Till date, no one has come. Every time, we are told that technician will come in an hour, but all in vain. We are disappointed by the service.
