[Resolved] IFB Industries — I am complaining about the negligence of the customer service

We had very opiniin about ifb brand and we bought microwave oven of 30ltrs and fully automatic washing machine. Its got repaired within 2 yrs of time... This time they took rs. 6500 to repair the washing machine but yet they didn't do anything.. They took the part of the machine and no response from them. We are calling the ifb customer service byt of no use. They daily say they will send a technician but the technician is not coming and we are facing this problem from past 20days. We are suffering a lot but the customer service doesn't care. They know to take money but doesn't know to fix it. The problem with our washing machine is.. Its not preserving water and the technician doesn't know how to fix it. First he said the problem is with motor and he checked it and when it has not worked then he said problem is with the board. He took the board and money and till now he didn't get it fixed. When we called him he says have not received part from ifb. How how negligence they are. I use to suggest ifb products to friends and family but now i warn people dont buy ifb products. From 2months my oven is not working and they checked it. Till now they didn't find the problem. I hate ifb products and their service. Never buy ifb products.
