[Resolved] IFB Industries — I am having ifb washing machine and amc for that

Der sir,

Elf has called customer care and taken amc for washing on 8th july 2015 and october 2015 some problem observed in washing machine and attended by ifb service centre. Now since last 20 days i have registered three complaint (Ie 20/05/2016 -[protected], 27/05/[protected], 4/06/2016-[protected]) nobody from service dep. Attended my problem. They cancelled two complaint without coming to my place.

Now every day self is calling to service dep. They are not at all responding
Service center contact no.[protected] and [protected]

Allmost every day last 20 days, self is calling to custour care and getting same reply .Can i get concerned department detail so that self can also follow it up.Please under stand my pain.
