15/10/2022 (Saturday) - My washing machine was not working properly expecially spin is not working, so when I looking for IFB washing machine customer care chennai in google, I got this number [protected]. I called them and immediately within 10 mins I got a call from a guy for the service. He is from IDE Enterprise. He checked my machine and said torque motor and some sensor is not working, so it will cost Rs. 7300 to replace. Since no other option, I said okay 1st and then he said he will bring it on monday. And he asked pay the advance 3K. I paid it through Phone pe to his mobile number (Bill attached). Later after he went I discussed with my home and we came into plan to buy a new washing machine instead of getting older repair for higher cost. So same day evening I called the service center guy and he said he will talk to his manager on monday and give my advance 3k back. But on monday he didn't responded my calls. Just sent a message with his manager number name senthil kumar. So I called his manager, he attended my call and said he will refund within 3 days. And after multiple followup, till today 1/11/2022, I didnot got my money. Both Manager and service guy not responding to my calls. Their address in the invoice are all fake. When I read about complains about them in google, I got shocked. I am going to print multiple copies of notices saying dont buy IFB washing machine, even if you have it, be carefull with their cheating services and going to paste it across the chennai city.
