I own two IFB washing machines in my home, few months ago I got some problem in both the machines and the technicians cakes and changed the mother boards for both the machines and charged us around 17000 rupees. Now the same problem prevails in one of the machines and I have Registered a complaint in the given WhatsApp number and have been calling the technicians from past 1 month but they are not receiving my calls nor there is any confirmation about attending my complaint. I hope this is resolved as soon as possible as my patience is already been tested for long.

    We purchased Diva Aqua SXS 6008 washing machine on 16th November. when i was select any program during that time it shows error message machine not working. we have raised a request to IFB customer care, they not analysing the issue but suggested purchase Satblizer their brand stablizer. This not right way first analyse the issue suggest to customer this is not right way to handle the customers. Thank you!!

      I HAVE PURCHASED IFB AC 1.5T model number IACI18SA3G3C1 With Serial Number: 200 [protected] on 31/10/2022 from Shree Harsha Electronics appliances Bhatkal PIN-581320 and installation has been done on 02/11/2022 after installation i have noticed that in remote few main buttons were not working, authorized Technician has examined and told like the remote has to be replaced.         I HAVE PURCHASED IFB AC 1.5T model number IACI18SA3G3C1 With Serial Number: 200 [protected] on 31/10/2022 from Shree Harsha Electronics appliances Bhatkal PIN-581320 and installation has been done on 02/11/2022 after installation i have noticed that in remote few main buttons were not working, authorized Technician has examined and told like the remote has to be replaced.               HI Team,
              Both customer call and email to support team giving same reply and no solution of my problem
              Now you are not giving response in this forum as well. so, I created new request with same content.
              Kindly take a time to read it, discuss with your manager and provide proper solution.

              I know some part of my dishwasher is damage but you need to understand how it gets damage.
              Due to your un proficient technician my machine gets damage.
              Don't explain me every time that what is problem in my machine.
              I expect proper approach to solve my problem. Your technician damage the things and why customer should pay for this?
              Don't rotate the things. Your team did it multiple times. I came in this forum for satisfactory solution.
              Discuss following things to your manager and come up with solution:
              1) Why should customer pay in case of technician mistake. I am suffering from last 9 months. No solution from your team.
              2) I am ready to pay partial. How company should expect full payment from customer?
              3) Still your technicians are not confident on changing part will work or not. They said if we change the part and something goes wrong you need to pay again in case of other body part damage.
              FYI: THey run machine by adding water manually and it worked fine till the last stage.
              Its big question for me, Do i need to trust on your technician team. No one is taking responsibility.

              Fine if company is not ready to pay for your staff fault any how i need to pay because ultimately we as customer are suffering since last 10 months.
              Ask your staff to resolve my issue as early as possible. I will go with yearly maintenance plan to repair PCB and water pipe.

                Sir,
                This is the 5th or 6th time i am complaining about the same thing in last two months .the washing machine that i have bought just a year back is producing a banging noise while washing clothes.The sound is so loud that it can disturb once sound sleep.i have complaint to ifb so many times but their engineers simply says that "itni awaaz to ayegi" and close the complaint every time. Please look into the matter.

                  Leakage problem in my washing machine nobody give consideration in this matter please resolve issue asap unless otherwise i shall go to the consumer court and i shall sue against the company beacuse almost one month ago inhad raised the mail also for same problem but no revert is there and on customer care also.

                    This is with regard to the washing machine Elena SX 6KG 800RPM with serial number[protected]. The drum was not rotating and it was serviced by Mr. Akhil of Smart care services, Cochin on 06/10/22. Many components including motor MCU was changed amounting to Rs.4800/- but after two weeks again the drum has stopped rotating. When we called the same service person, now he is saying that there is an issue with the motor and has to be replaced.

                    This is extremely unprofessional as we already paid a large amount to rectify the problem and still it is unrectified. I hope IFB would provide proper training to its engineers so that they do not randomly change parts of the machine and charge the customer with hefty sums of money.

                    Hope IFB will take necessary action.

                      I hv purchased Top load washing machine TL-558L- 5XG AQUA vide invoice no.[protected] on 22.08.2019 of Rs.29585/-, but after installation it is found that not properly working any of its functions like Dryer, Water level and all other function. after complaining service advisor mr. puneet arora told that this machine is ok and will run like that and will not replace of reparied, so we feel badly cheated and approach the agency but nobody is ready to listen. thereafter we used machine as manual mode and found that all our cloths, shirts, paints, sweater, sockes, jackets and other valuables attire going badly damaged and again asked to agency to change the surf, but they interested to sell their product instead of resolve our problem. later on we put in OLX for sale but nobody is revert in 1 year to disposed off the said machine. Now recently we appraoched one of our well known who working in multibrand show room of home applince and after verification by service engineer told that said machine is re-furbshied and wrong product was sold to you at that time. So we again approach the IFB Ludhiana but they have again repeated the same slogan cant to do anything, you can sold as scrap. So request you to pls look into it and necessary action should be taken against the company for refund as well as or replacement of said machine.

                        I've bought IFB elite zrs, within 3 months started leaking,
                        technicians trying to resolve with mseal, not worth it using a mseal sticked product.
                        Definitely need an exchange.
                        Buying a branded product and using them sticked with mseal.
                        Is it really worth buying IFB branded products??

                          I purchased a washing machine on 5/07/2021.The motherboard got repaired.
                          I have been raising a repair service request for six months and nobody is responding. I purchased a machine 6 month back. The mother board got repaired.Nobody is responding even though I have raised a request. I have spoken with service manager Nagraj Murthi in davangere but he is not responding, and he is not picking up my call and he is always telling me to raise a complaint. Whenever I call, he is saying sorry I forgot and i will send a person within evening, but nobody is coming.
                          Fed up with raising a complaint. I Regret buying a machine. Will not refer anybody to buy ifb product.

                            I bought a stabilizer for my IFB washing machine in the month of January 2022 on the advice of your service engineer with a 3-year warranty. By the end of April, the stabilizer had stopped working, and in accordance with the warranty, the unit was taken by the IFB-authorised service engineers in Kanchipuram Shakshine Enterprises. The stabilizer hasn't been corrected for more than three months, and whenever I get in touch with them again, all they ever say is that they had to get a board from Goa. When I phoned customer service, they forced me to speak with Mr. Arul, who oversees the washing machine service. He shared the same justification and promised to resolve the issue within a week ( months before).

                            Since nothing had changed, I contacted customer service, who provided me with Mr. T Nandagopal's contact information. He is an executive and should be able to assist me. When I called him, he always said the unit had arrived and would be delivered in a day, even though he had promised to remedy the problem in a week three weeks prior. Now he won't answer his phone or reply to my WhatsApp messages.

                            In response, IFB customer service demanded a complaint number listening to this situation and raised [protected], which is now not shown on your website. Today, IFB AC section called for an appointment instead of a washing machine section and when I explained the matter, they encouraged me to contact the company because they were powerless to help.

                            I registered a complaint through their customer care and consumer compliant and IFB service center returned my stabilizer in two days which it failed again. Now again they have taken the stabilizer back and no response again .

PCB needs to be changed for @IFB_Appliance Oven. They said part didn't received, how much time it takes? 12 days over, poor service

                                We have purchased a washing machine way back------and we have not started rather installed then, because already an old IFB top loading machine was in use.
                                Today, i.e. 08.10.2022 we tried to install it an contacted you and got an sms ( " Dear Customer, Your ticket no is [protected] . IFB representative will contact shortly."). Till evening nobody turned-out, then we tried to contact once again and got the answer that whatever ticket number I got is for repair/service. And they have raised another ticket number ( Dear Customer, Your ticket no is [protected] . IFB representative will contact shortly.) and said with in 24 to 48 hrs, service person shall contact.

                                Now the main point is, "it seems he is going to charge me Rs.550/-, for which I am against and said the same. Since this is only installation how can you charge me? If you are going to charge me, for the new machine for installation, "I don't want any service person". And I will get deeply hurt in that case.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I register one request in Jan2022/Feb 2022 for normal service of my dishwasher.
                                  One technician came and he checked every thing is working fine. He said let me clean the water supply pipe and then he damage that pipe.
                                  He has gone from my home without informing me when i was busy with my work.
                                  i thought things are done and at the night when i try to start, it give me error and not started.
                                  Second day morning i called him and he said your machine's pipe is not working properly and damage. So you need to pay money for that.
                                  My machine is already in working fine when i registered my complain. ITs normal servicing request only.
                                  I tried to connect with your customer support team ( multiple times )to resolved my issue but no proper response.
                                  One day another technician came and he said circuit is damage and you need to pay 7000 to10000 Rs.
                                  I don't know for my working machine how can i pay this much of amt?
                                  I even provided approx date and my mobile no to your customer care to check recording. But they are not at all agree with it and force me to pay.
                                  I don't know how your treat your customer? but i was having worst experience with your technician team and customer support team.

                                  HI Team,
                                  Every time you replied same in case of customer call, email to support team.
                                  I know some part of my dishwasher is damage but you need to understand how it gets damage.
                                  Due to your un proficient technician my machine gets damage.
                                  Don't explain me every time that what is problem in my machine.
                                  I expect proper approach to solve my problem. Your technician damage the things and why customer should pay for this?
                                  Don't rotate the things. Your team did it multiple times. I came in this forum for satisfactory solution.
                                  Discuss following things to your manager and come up with solution:
                                  1) Why should customer pay in case of technician mistake. I am suffering from last 9 months. No solution from your team.
                                  2) I am ready to pay partial. How company should expect full payment from customer?
                                  3) Still your technicians are not confident on changing part will work or not. They said if we change the part and something goes wrong you need to pay again in case of other body part damage.
                                  FYI: THey run machine by adding water manually and it worked fine till the last stage.
                                  Its big question for me, Do i need to trust on your technician team. No one is taking responsibility.
                                  This is how you serve your customer.

                                    Bought a washing machine in 2018. A broken machine was delivered. Upon several complaints, company sent another machine which is a faulty machine. Makes noise like tractor and our neighbours complain a lot and dont allow to use. Raised several complaints and issue not resolved till now. I am now getting mental harassment for raising this matter again and again. I have raised several complaints on this. The technicians visit and do formality, nothing works. It was also sent to their service centre 2-3 times but the issue remains same. The recent ticket number [protected] was closed by a technician named Manjit without any resolution. They just want to meet their own TAT. Pathetic product and pathetic services. My number is [protected].
