I purchased ac on 21 may 22 and it delivered on 24 may 22 after installation guy visit on 25 may 22 and when we ask for ifb id card, gst number, pipe extension rate, etc then he said it did not have ifb id card and give the gst number of ifb industries and extention pipe rate per feet 300 + 18% gst 354 rs but when cross check with ifb customer care it said 300rs only.so we said guy we want ifb guy with ifb card.
Till now(4-june-22) we register 6 Tickets for installation but no one listening.
Please take your product back and refund my money so we can purchase other brand ac. Was this information helpful? |
