[Resolved] IFB Industries — ifb ac - not installed properly.. heavy water leakage from the hole when rain comes.. damaged the wall for the purpose of hole. | |||||
2 months back we have installed IFB AC in our home. As installation is not happening properly, rain water is leaked heavily from the hole made for AC when rain comes. And also, they damaged the wall for the purpose of hole. I have raised the same to IFB customer care and they came and fixed it. But again the same problem is happening. Now again im trying to call them. But they are not at all responding. As this is the rainy season, i am facing the water leakage problem regularly. And also my wall is getting damaged due to this water. For the sake of 40k now i have already invested more that 20k for these fixes and still they are not resolved Was this information helpful? | |||||
