I have raised complaint for my AC servicing on 15th Mar'23 with the complaint no. of [protected] for which technician can but problem not resolved & he closed the ticket & again asked to raised for which again complaint raised on 28th Mar'23 with the ticket no. of [protected] which is closed without even visit. Again talked to customer care & he raised again new ticket on 2nd Apr'23 with the ticket no. of [protected]. Surprising with the continuous follow up with customer care this ticket is again closed without visit. I am very much fed up with the system & mentally got harassed.
I want justice for both my financial as well as metal tension as its warranty got expired after 14th or 15th April'23 tentative.
