Problem: we have amc for the washing machine. May 20 it stopped spinning on may 22 we complained for the problem, after so many follow ups few people came they could not fix it and told some part is needed and after few days and again continuous follow up, few other people came 4-5 days later with new parts, still it was not fixed. Again another people came and same happened. Each day i am calling minimum 20 times a days for follow up, most of the time no one takes call and every time they come and not able to fix. We are very very frustrated almost a month it is not working. Worst part is when i call for 20 times, call is getting picked up only once or twice. I am wasting 2 -3 hours daily for just following up. Today when i called again came to know my request was already cancelled. Without fixing the problem how and why request is cancelled. If it is not fixed with in 2 days, i am going to escalate this problem. Was this information helpful? |
