[Resolved] IFB Industries — ifb cheated me on the service. | |
I feel like i was being tricked from the service of ifb. I have tried multiple times to write regarding this and i have not received a response. I booked a service for the ifb washing machine for a noise complaint. The washing machine was still under the warranty. The service engineer visited and updated us that this part was not covered under warranty since it comes under plastic. We paid the amount regardless. Then the technician changed the part and updated that he had installed a non compactable part due to lack of stock and will replace it as soon as they receive this particular machine's stock in the service center. Since then i have been following the engineer, he only answered the call and updated that they received the part and will attend by evening. From the day onwards there has been no reply from the representative. We have visited service center 4 times in the meantime and a lady in the service center strayed over all the time. This was not the first time i am getting this type of response. This poor behaviour was all time since i called them for each service. I have raised another complaint to customer care and no response from them. I feel like i was cheated and i was defamed a few times while using the service. I have requested for escalation and callbacks but i have not heard that ever since. Was this information helpful? | |
