I was happy with the performance of ifb washing machine. I also referred my brothers to buy the same model and they bought the same too.
But now i face some issue with the washing machine and i raised the complaint#[protected] 4 days ago. Engineer visited my house to address the problem and told to change the filter, do descal and to replace the drum. He sold me the filter and descal powder, and told the drum has to be replaced. Even i observe that my machine keep vibrating and moving, while washing. I usually dont overload the machine too. So i asked him to replace.
But he told me to go for amc and then to replace the drum, which is not mandatory, as my washing machine is already under warranty period.
After that no follow up at all. Looks like the ticket is marked as resolved, with out any feed back call from me. I keep calling daily for past 4 days, and every time, the customer care informed that this will be escalated or they keep telling that engineer will visit my house.
But nothing happened. As my warranty period is gonna expire in another 10 days, i feel that, they keep delaying and then will pitch me into a situation, that i have to pay for the service.
