I had forgot to add some more points about the service quality of IFB and its dealer in Chennai.
I have tried calling the customer care number multiple times, the audio quality was so bad, I had to hang up & the customer service engineer, had no courtsey whatsoever of calling back (The problem is at their end where i had made 3-4 calls yesterday and all the audio quality of those calls were bad). There is no signs of spare part as yet after almost one week of complaint. I had called the dealer in Chennai and he is not taking any ownership either, all they say was they are waiting for spare from head office & asking me to escalate & call IFB executive mentioned in the escalation chart. I tried calling Mr. R**** IFB Executive at 8*******27 he picked once and said he will call back and i called him back again later in the evening, he doesn’t seem bothered to pick up calls .
How do I escalate this?? Is there any grievance cell where I can write to entire board of directors !!
Two things are causing major concern
1) You have major bold sticker on the executive plus washing machine that says "4 Year Super Warranty " and "10 Years Spare Support" and now when there is an issue, you come back and say somethings are not covered and customer has to pay (May be you have put in fine print and to be that is unethical)
2) Neither the customer service or dealer taking responsibility in following up and closing . Yes it is my problem, but i cant fix it right, I can only keep calling and complaining, somebody either IFB executive mentioned in the escalation chart for my problem or the dealer has to own and ensure the problems are taken to closure. They seem to work without any SLA !!
I also work for a bank, i sincerely hope individual times are respected and not taken for granted. I sincerely hope that i would get a response today.
