[Resolved] IFB Industries — ifb dishwasher chennai service | |||
Want to advice everyone not to buy a dishwasher from IFB. The technicians are not equipped to handle complaints. For chennai we contacted the IFB service centre run by a person called nandagopal and a manager who runs the centre who never picks the phone. After signing a AMC FOR RS 8142, Mr Nanda gopal makes you feel as if he is doing a personal favour by sending an untrained service engineer who did something and vanished away for months. Then in sept 2019 . After prolonged call to Mr. Narendran the chennai service incharge who convinces you that he is looking in to it sends mr daniel, i think the only guy who knows how the dishwAsher looks . He fixes 1 part and says the other technician will come and fix the rest .so being a working lady i.m toiling from july to 16 th 2019 till date . Today we are in sept 16 th 2019. .my earnest request is not to buy any IFB products. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi, this thing has not moved after the ask for the invoice.from IFB service centre. I got a call for the invoice to be handed over . I have uploaded it in this forum and i’ m ready to provide a copy . But IFB service centre head Mr.Nandagopal asked for the invoice. I also got a call from mumbai IFB . All i need is a solution for this problem as soon as possible. I totally respect their internal process of collecting the original invoice for refund. Where did this process go when a customer was not provided proper service for 3 months. ???????
