[Resolved] IFB Industries — IFB Dishwasher issues not resolved since over a month | |||||
Our IFB Dishwasher issues have not been resolved since over a month. When the IFB technician visited first he replaced the power switch and charged us Rs.1100/- and told us that the issue is resolved. He gave no bill and didn't even bother to check if the issue has actually been resolved. We later on that day found out that the dishwasher was still showing F9 error. When we complained to IFB call center they told us that the ticket has been closed and a new ticket has to be opened and they cannot do anything about the earlier replacment of power switch which was not even required. After multiple calls the technician visited again only to take to dishwasher along with him. It has been more that 15 days since and there has been no update from neither him nor IFB customer care. There has been no resolution from IFB till date. Nobody contacted me regarding the issue. The dishwasher is still lying with IFB service center. When I try to take up the matter with IFB customer care, they keep giving me the local service center contact number and tell me to take up the matter with them myself. Whereas none of the numbers provided by them receive calls. Really fed up with IFB. Will never but their products again.
