IFB Industries — Ifb dishwasher replacement issue

First machine stopped functioning in 3 months.
I received a replacement from ifb which also found to be faulty and not working, the wire was burning and there were burns getting out of machine on first day o[censored]se itself..
Iam not ready for another replacement as my safety matters.
I want the refund and IFB seems to be quiet with this. I want immediate resolution for this.
