[Resolved] IFB Industries — IFB elena. ticket no [protected]

I have Registered a complaint on Feb 07 2017 ticket no [protected]...persons from ifb came after one week...they checked the machine and told that drum needs to be replaced, we will intimate in one week...it has been more than one month, no one has come for replacement...in between we called two times for service centre and they are just giving some other number and asking to call them...really feeling bad with service provided by IFB...I will never suggest IFB for my friends...
