We have an under warranty Elite SX IFB washing machine. We registered complaint 3 times but still the problem is not resolved.
Problems that we are facing:
1) Water Leaking from bottom. - for this we were told that the de-scaling product that we had used was expired and that had clogged. We purchased the new descaling product and used that still water is leaking. Very bad customer service from IFB. Representatives who came did not even wait for a complete wash cycle to confirm if water leakage is still there. Such bad customer service is not expected from IFB.
2) The control panel replacement. - The service representative told that as machine is still under warranty, he will come and replace the panel. Not heard from the representative ever since.
3) Machine top body replacement - We have told the service representatives so many time to replace the top body which has developed cracks (pics attached) still nothing from IFB end done.
We are very disappointed with IFB, as we are not able to use the machine for 3 weeks now. Please take some action or else I will have no option but to take legal action for the grievances that we have suffered.
