I am having the IFB Serena aqua SX LDT 6KG 1000 rpm which was brought on[protected].
Issue is that during 4 years of warranty, no one from service team has contacted us for even the general service. I tried to contact the IFB Point chengalpet but no response from them. They contacted us via the registered mobile number at the month of January 2022 which was 2 months after the warranty period is over.
They visited our address & told that AMC needs to be opted for any service from here after since the warranty period is over. I have questioned them why didn't you have visited is for the warranty period of 4 years even for the general service, they just diverted my questions and asked to pay for AMC for the services. I refused that due to incredebality from them.Because they usually don't reach us after for the company warranty of 4 years.
Inaddition, I have addressed them that the machine is not getting started and Start/Pause button is not working. Technician who visited asked to replace the whole PCB at a very huge cost which he coated around 6500rs for PCB board and 650rs for service charge. I'm much afraid that it might be repaired by replacing the faulty fused register or diode or a capacitor in the PCB with a cost of couple of hundred of Rupees.
