My micro oven is not working and I have raised a complaint with your customer care, ticket no.[protected], dated 03.05.16. The service engineer has visited and told that there is a problem with magnetron and will be replaced as the machine is under warrnty period. But to my surprise he didn't turned back and came to know that my complaint is closed without solving the problem. Once again I have given the complaint ticket no.[protected], dated 09.05.16and the same service engineer once again visited and told the same reason and left without solving the problem. I contacted the service centre after repeated attempts got the reply that we will call you back but never got any call from them.
with a great confidence on IFB we will purchase your machines, the service is so bad in visakhapatnam, that we are forced to choose alternated makes of machines. Please try to solve the problem at the earliest possible.
