I have IFB microwave 30frc2 latest model, in reference to this is my 3rd Ticket# [protected] which still unresolved from last 4 to 5 month. Whenever i am use steam cleaning functioning to clean my oven after the function gets complete and than after 10-15 min when i again use my oven our Main switch of electric board tripp immediately and this keep happening till 1-2 day i cannot use it.
In referencing below i have attached 2 short video to explain my complaint, everytime i raise a complaint your agent visit after 3-4 day and till the time issue get automatically resolved and i never get this problem resolved till date.
If the steam cleaning functioning is what problem occurred than why this functionality is being provided in a latest model. Also i am using IFB microclean appliances cleaner spray.
Very poor service, worst experience with IFB I will not gonna recommend anyone else to go for IFB product in future. Even after waited for long no resolution for more than 7 days when you live in metro city like Ahemdabad.
This is not my first complaint with your product, initially when i recieved product it feels a company faulty product. There are more 4-5 tickets raised till date no resolution and your technician are not even identify the problems and always keep switching complaint to 1 person to other and customer keep waiting with response or call back for the next Acton.
Without any resolution request has been cancelled from your end this is fraud, I will add this all conversation and screenshot to social media and will do what i can, I have received faulty piece and no one care for customers complaint simple rejecting customer complaint.
I hope this can resolve my issue.
