We have ordered a replacement of our faulty product on 09/04/2016. We were told the same will be done is 2-3 days. On tuesday, they sent a replacement, but the product was not the same but a different one. We were again promised replacement within 1-2 days but nothing happened. Nobody turned after that till day before yester. Yesterday morning i again called to make sure it gets delivered yesterday, as that was our last holiday for the week. I was promised that it will be delivered by evening along with demo but nothing happedned. I called in the evening and was given a number of the franchisee who didn't bother picking up the call. I called customer service again and i was assured delivery by 630 pm. I asked the customer service girl to call back to confirm after talking to so called technical team, she said she was not authorised and assured me to stay at home till 630 as it will be delivered by then and i will make sure that you don't have to call back for the same again. I postponed all my work to stay at home but to no avail. No one seems to be bothered to sort the issue. Pathetic customer service. We can't stay at home forever to see if IFB guys will come today and tomorrow and day after. But i guess your people don't care at all. First you sell faulty products and then the customer suffer forever for replacement. My cust id is 11378756. Complaint number is 17648294.
